We win the house repair prize! The work is suppose to start July 5th and be done during August sometime. DC repair people move sooooo sllloooowwww. They show up 3 months late as if they were on time! The 3 families having this problem hired a consultant to ensure that this time it is repaired correctly. Not a great summer.
Any sympathy contributions will be gladly accepted.

How about contributions of sympathy? You certainly have mine. Things are going way too slowly for me at my house but at least I get to live in it for the most part while it's taking place.
