One of the quintessential pictures of the Rattets. Question for anyone NOT in the photo: What date, what place, why was this picture taken, and who is everybody in the photo? Aunt Saundra, Aunt Julie, and Uncle Milty are not eligible to answer the questions.

The event was to celebrate Granny & Grandad's 50th and Auntie Julie & Uncle Fred's 25th anniversaries.

In my memory, I think I was about 10 yrs. old which would be around 1967.

OK, wasn't I supposed to answer? Will you be suprised if I tell you my Jr. High algebra teacher used to tell me to put my hand down? My classmates just always let me answer because I knew it and then they didn't have to sprain their brains. The teacher actually signed my yearbook "put your hand down".

Nothing like stifling blog activity by blasting the answers before anyone has a chance to even think! I almost put you on the non-eligible to answer list knowing you would have the answers immediately, but then I thought, nah, Melanie will give someone else a chance. No, that was a guess on the year. I remember being there but I don't know where it was. And I'm still really curious about what Zena was wearing.
