Home for Inky?

Inky may have a new home. A friend of a friend of Stacy's mom recently lost her black cat. She lives alone and would like another one. Could be a perfect match. Lady loses black cat, black cat loses lady. We're bringing Inky over to meet the nice lady next Sat. morning. Not the best way for her to meet Inky, since Inky expels liquids from various orifices when in the cat cage. I took Inky to vet for shot last week in the cat cage. By the time we got there he had two, two foot long strands of thick saliva oozing from each corner of his mouth. Pretty gross. What kind of impression is he going to make like that? The lady says that she won't tolerate any cat that has "accidents", either. Uh-oh.

Don't forget to click on the post title "Granny's nick-name" a few posts back to receive, from "on high," a word or two from my mother, Hannah.

Car is back all spiffy.

What is the next thing that you are looking forward to?

Scott,

So far, Inky is sounding like the cat of anyone's dreams! Sprays, drools, oh baby!

You have been a good sport and I hope the lady cannot resist adopting him.

I'm with you on the cat thing, Jenny. Just large carnivorous rodents with bad habits. Carol (Ben's mom) always had a soft spot for them. We had two when we were together. When we broke up, I was saddled with the cats because Carol moved to an apartment that wouldn't allow them. Had them for several years, but finally was able to return them to Carol. A beastly time. I'm sooo hoping that this Lady will take Inky and give him a permanent home.
