OK, I held back all day. Nobody else took a stab at this so here's my guess. And it's totally a guess. I am guessing that the top photo is Joseph and the bottom one is Uncle Freddie.

Aunt Saundra is correct, the bottom picture is Uncle Sol (according to the writing on the back of the picture). Hyman Rattet on the top, and Sol Rattet on the bottom.
