Hello all

Have been going to Drs. all summer for different tests and thank God all is well.
I feel that it is very important that all of you help Scott in supporting the blog. This is the only way most of us can connect with each other for we live in different parts of the country.
Uncle Bob's last cat scan came out fine and hopefully it will remain that way.

Share with us your thoughts and things about your children. We want to know. There are so many miles between us and at least this is one way we can know about all of you.

Scott is trying to do this as a legacy for Auntie Hannah and all of you owe her the effort of keeping this going. They have always called me the boss in the family and so be it. I want to see all of you posting something so that this can continue.

Melanie, scott and Penny have been terrific. It is time for the rest of you to do your part as well.

Love you all.

Aunt Saundra,

Thanks for the support and the kind words. Some people think you're bossy? Get out! None of the Rattet sisters are anything but sweet, soft spoken, with such a light touch one would hardly know any of you were in the same room.

So glad to hear that all your tests were negative. Thanks for helping Aunt Julie get up and running again, too. Somebody should fix her space bar.

Amidst all of the tests and stuff, what was one good (fun? important? frivolous?) thing you did over the summer?

Your comments about wesisters gavemethe bestlaugh I've had in sometime. Believeit or not, as I'm writing this,I'm still smiling and laughing.
WheneverI ask my children what they remember about Aunt Hannah when they were little, they all have the same answers. She always gave me pennies. She never came to the house without a pocketful of pennies--and little by little, one at a time, she gave them tothe kids". They thought they were getting the best presents because they could buy anything they wanted, especially ice-cream. It was their's to do asthey pleased.
I thought you might like this little tid-bit.
