Greg & I drove up to Redding to visit Chris & Jenny last Thursday-Sunday. We had a fun visit. Jenny & I did some shopping; Chris & Greg hooked up Chris's stereo system. Jenny is a great cook and had some yummy things to prepare for us. We also went out to a Mexican restaurant that I love in Redding. They make a seafood "molcajete" which is a soupy-stew kind of a dish. I had it there last year at Christmas time and I've been dreaming of it since. Most delicious! Jenny & I are determined to try to duplicate it at home.

You know, I start talking "stereo system" and Stacy's eyes roll back in her head, like, she'd prefer to listen to music from a tin can and string as long as no wires (er, strings) were visible.
