Joshua and Whitney got engaged on Friday evening. Joshua proposed on one knee, on the beach, at sunset. We are so happy for them! Whitney is a wonderful girl and we are so thrilled to have her join our family. They are hoping for a June wedding, if everything is available for the date they want.

I hope Whitney has some idea what she's getting into. This isn't just some ole inlaw outfit, this is the real McCoy. Plus a future husband who is some daredevil. Maybe she can tame that boy down a bit.
Whitney came to New York over Labor Day weekend and met about half of my immediately family. As far as the taming down of the daredevil, Joshua talked her into going on some catapulting thingy at the county fair and although I don't think she enjoyed it, I don't know if there's much hope for taming Joshua's love of the adrenaline rush.
Thanks for your love & good wishes. Jenny's doing great! Friday she will be 20 weeks along, half way through her pregnancy. She looks adorable too. Tuesday, Nov. 29th, she'll have her ultrasound and hopefully we will know if it's a boy or a girl.
