Meet the Newest Member of the Yates Family
This is Belle, Joshua's new chocolate lab puppy. This picture was taken a week ago when she was 7 weeks old. Isn't she a cutie? Belle came over to meet our dogs Charlie & Latke yesterday. She had fun chasing them around the backyard. They didn't enjoy it nearly as much as Belle did. She was really trying to get some play activity started but I think they were channeling W. C. Fields. "Go away kid, you're botherin' me."

A very adorable puppy, but, like grandkids (so I hear), their terrific for short periods as long as you can give 'em back. Charlie and Latke (Latke?) probably thought the same. Now, Whitney, Joshua may want to keep about.

How are Jenny and Chris these days? Haven't heard from them in a while.
Oh yes, his name is really Latke. He's the one who goes to work with me everyday. I'm sure I've told you before how he was a stray picked up by the groomers and I wound up taking him home. It was during Chanukah time so he got the name Latke.
